Reminder that Georgia is still definitely in play, a lot of Atlanta's votes have NOT been reported yet, and early reports suggest a large suburban turnout for biden for the first time for a democratic candidate

It's so sad that this race is so close.

I am not even American. I am not interested in the outcome of this election.

The question I responded was asking why Latinos would want to vote for Trump. So I gave 2 reasons I could fathom with the following disclaimer:
"I'll take a wild guess - take it as a hypothesis, I don't know how true it'd be (nor I am educated in this area)"

I also have to challenge the statement that the current administration has been separating parents and children that are legal citizens, and treating them like animals in the detention centers. How can you deport a legal citizen ?

They're not citizens. They are asylum seekers which IS legal. The issue is that the Trump admin. demonizes them as illegal, when in reality they arent. It's part of a misinformation campaign that has worked.

If Trump wins Michigan, Wisconsin, Texas, Florida, and Georgia (and North Carolina), then it's pretty much over

Also I read few tweets and it seems like many latinos voted for Trump and it left me speechless, how could they vote for him really...

It’s called hypocrisy, basically.

MI and WI are out of play at this point. The issue with MI is that the large cities like Detroit have only reported a tiny fraction of their votes so far.

Well, it happened. Trump administration doesn't take logic or no for an answer. If you follow news in the past 4 years you'd read plenty legal latin american citizen being captured on the road, in their houses, schools, or place of work by ICE straight to detention centers. Many of the women, and children separated from their parents are also molested in the detention centers. It is not a mere statement, it's a fact. Try to look it up.
