A lot of people saying if Biden wins Ohio & North Carolina, he’ll win the election. Is this true? I don’t get US politics.

Ohio has been a key swing state but it has been turning red. Biden getting it would be an upset win at this point, and it would mean that Biden will probably win. A Biden North Carolina victory would be nice, but is looking fairly unlikely at this point. :(

I'm TERRIFIED about the results and I'm not even american...
Also I read few tweets and it seems like many latinos voted for Trump and it left me speechless, how could they vote for him really...

I'll take a wild guess - take it as a hypothesis, I don't know how true it'd be (nor I am educated in this area):

Latinos have their roots in nations & cultures that are more conservative. Hence more religious/christian take on issues such as LGBT rights rather than a secular progressive approach might be resonating with Latinos. Also they are from countries with unstable social dynamics, recent protests might have pushed them to resonate with "law & order" message of Trump (ie if I am from a Latin American country with constant destabilization & coups, I'd want more "law & order" in the country I am spending so much effort to migrate to).
