Basically yea, but if Trump took all the others it would be 269-269 which I believe means it would have to go to the US House of Representatives and we'd effectively have a constitutional crisis on our hands :bear:

Correct.

If it had to go to the HOR they'll simply go with the popular vote.

GA is slipping away from Trump. +1096 Biden

Source: Clayton county votes, then the math: Biden - Trump - 77117

https://results.enr.clarityelections.com/GA/Clayton/105401/web.264614/#/detail/1?v=269526%2F

It’ll probably be around +2,500 Biden by the time they run out of ballots.

Now, let us suppose we get 5,000 military votes.  To get +2,500 Trump, 75% of them will have to vote Trump, which I don’t see happening.

To me it's kinda sketchy that Nevada's results still aren't coming tbh but are Georgia's results coming today?

Actually we don’t really know if GA final is coming today because we dont have tracking information about the military and other votes yet to be counted.

Military votes that arrive after today in GA won’t be counted.

I mean, we still have to wait until 11:59pm today anyways. Anything can happen unfortunately but hoping for the best.

The more that Biden cushions his lead with the mail-in votes still left, the harder it is for Trump to flip it back even with military ballots still to be counted.

Some more on that military vote: https://www.forbes.com/sites/tommybeer/2020/11/03/us-military-troops-concerned-their-votes-wont-count/?sh=1960e4545d1e “a Military Times Poll taken this summer (based on 1,018 active-duty troops surveyed in late July and early August), found that 41% said they would vote for Biden, while only 37% said they would vote to re-elect Trump” Over at https://www.npr.org/2020/10/20/925895738/will-veterans-vote-for-trump-this-year they estimate a 66% military vote.

Point being, that military vote ain’t going to be 90% Trump the way the Clayton county vote has been for Biden. It’s a very different ballgame.

Worst case: 5,000 military votes come back, 66% Biden, giving Trump 1,666 more votes. But, we still have quite a bit to count in Clayton county (edit: No longer true, but there’s votes in other counties still to be counted, and they will be blue), I estimate we’ll be about 2,500 ahead when they’re all counted. So, that military vote isn’t as bad as it seems at first. It’s just whistling in the dark for the Trumpist cult.

And we haven’t even gotten to the provisional ballots, which should also tend blue.

Can somebody clarify because it’s a bit confusing - are we still waiting for all of these 5000 military votes OR are we expecting that there will have been around 5000 military votes in total, some of which have already been counted and some of which haven’t?

Update: Clayton county is done. +1096 Biden. As I explain above, Military may not deliver it for Trump; younger military who is more likely to be overseas is remarkably liberal. And the provisional ballots should give Biden some more votes in GA.

This close, there’s going to be a recount and there will be lawsuits. But it looks like we have GA, and it is in the blue column.
