This is a sign that polling in Minnesota is much closer than public polls are letting on. His campaign wouldn’t do this if they thought there wasn’t a shot of Trump flipping Minnesota. I think you all are much more confident in Biden than you should be :saladga:

Everyone keeps overlooking this:

Trump fell short in Minnesota in 2016 by only 44,000 votes despite not campaigning or spending on the airwaves there. This time around, the campaign says it has 60 staffers on the ground.

Now whether or not this was an anti-Clinton vote, I'm not sure. Hillary got obliterated in the Democrat Primaries in the Midwest, and then subsequently went on to lose WI, PA, IA, and MI to Trump. MN was also at the center of the George Floyd protests/ riots, and I can see many suburban voters either switching to Trump or not voting for Democrats because of that. Now 2018 was a good year for MN Democrats for the most part, but so much has happened and I'm not sure what to expect..

This is exactly it. Hillary was up in the polls in Michigan in 2016 in likely voters. Then no one came out to vote and that's how Trump won Michigan. In 2016 and in 2020 Bernie got virtually the same amount of votes in the Michigan primary, 599,000 in 2016 and 577,000 in 2020. That was enough to beat Hillary's 582,000 in 2016, but Biden got 840,000 in 2020. Trump only won Michigan in 2016 because people/democrats didn't come out to vote for Hillary on election day.

To be fair, there was a barrage of scandals for Hillary almost every other day. And then the Comey Letter dropped which influenced many Independents and Undecided voters to flip to Trump at the last minute. Thankfully almost 50 Million people have already voted, so the pool of undecided voters is much smaller this year. All we need it for Democrats to show up to vote and get some Independents on our side and I think we can win this. But it'll be a nail-bitter.

When will you all realize don’t believe the polls!

The 2016 polls were right though

Trump winning the rust belt by an extremely small amount was possible with the polls' margin of error and Hillary's small leads in the polls.

Biden's leads in these states are huge though. If the polls are as "wrong" as they were in 2016, Biden still wins.

Biden's up by 10+ points in every poll there though

He should be using that money on Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina tbh. Cause as soon as Biden wins one of those, it's pretty much over.

And before he reads your message and decides to invest there instead. :neyde:
