It seems that Lana Del Rey's audiobook Violet Bent Over The Grass received a nomination for Best Spoken Word Album.

The information originates in one of Andre Leon Talley's posts (he is a fashion journalist). He is also a nominee this year in the the same category. The officials lists are not out yet!

I hope it's true, she was robbed this year so a pity award in a smaller category is the least they could do. :ohwell:

Wait, aren't nominations usually announced on the same day? Why would some categories be announced already and some not?

Does that mean Gaga already knows her Chromatica nominations?

First Round Voting ends tomorrow so I guess some of the nominations are told to the nominees early

They haven't been announced and he most likely wasn't supposed to leak them either. There is no date for the announcement of the nominations yet. as seen on their official website https://www.grammy.com/recording-academy/faq#dates
