The bail money was set really high because of "public outrage" aspect, but in the US that element cannot prevent someone from getting bail. I swear some of you just have no idea how the legal system works and your opinion on his guilt or innocence is irrelevant to his bail. The Court MUST release, unless there is a serious threat to safety of the public. this was not the case. End of story. He is going to get the fair trial he deserves, and hopefully justice will be served in a regular, fair, and impartial manner. The real issue is that people with more money can get bail more easily, which leads to racial and social inequalities in bails.
