Jamie Spears withdrawing petition for his choice of conservator of Britney

Jamie Spears is withdrawing his petition requesting former conservator Andrew Wallet is made co-conservator of Britney's Estate.

This comes right after Andrew Wallet gave an extremely inappropriate interview about Britney to the Daily Mail.

Britney last month strongly opposed the appointment of Andrew Wallet.

Britney has requested an independent financial fiduciary 'Bessemer Trust' is made conservator of her estate. Bessemer Trust deal with Apple, Google etc.

There is a hearing on October 14th & there is a hearing on November 10th

Britney's court appointed attorney is indicating he wants to object to the annual accounting of Britney's finances that were filed LATE by Jamie Spears and Lou Taylor. He also indicates he plans to reject their motion to seal those documents.

I'm not sure, or he'll maybe attempt to appoint someone else.

He may have decided to remove Wallet after Wallet gave an interview saying Britney doesn't have the mental capacity to sign anything but due to his 'success' with her as a conservator in the past she was able to go on multiple world tours and a vegas residency.

How can he say she doesn't have capacity to sign her own documents but she has capacity to perform infront of hundreds of thousands of people multiple times a week, learn dance routines etc.

Good. There is absolutely NO REASON why the Judge won't approve Bessemer Trust to handle her finances. This is a legit, very respected company that many celebs and companies use. Her father doesn't want it because then HE can't control her money, whereas that corrupt Andrew Wallett lets Jamie do whatever he wants with her money. Allegedly*

This poor girl. They kept her uneducated and working and now they say she lacks the "mental capacity"

She's over her addiction. She had the mental capacity to hire an attorney. She can rehearse and dance an entire 2hr concert. 

Some of she doesn't have the mental capacity it's because she was never taught by the very people who were supposed to teacher her. 

The fact that this poor girl has workedso hard all her life only to fight now for the money she earned.
