Interesting, you know I was the same as well for so long with FT but now I don’t mind it, it grew on me & I enjoy it

The song that hasn’t grown on me is FW the album version (Demo version is :firega:)  and I guess I skip plastic doll at times.

the biggest disappointment would be love me right actual wtf , esp when u think of other bonus tracks that are a piece of art such as BJAF :firega:

anyway I love chromatica it’s magical but legit wtf moment for love me right :oprah:

for me it's opposite. FW grew on me and I still cant enjoy FT

and I totally agree with u about LMR lmao. But I'm not mad at it, I really think it was one of the uninspired, dull and non-Gaga songs she did when she was depressed, before Bloodpop snapped her out of it and built Chromatica with her. Like it sounds like it was more for ASIB or smth. It's not that bad tho, it's a cute bop and her vocals are great. but yeah, very uninspired for her lol

I still stand by that FT is one of her absolute lowest in her discography... but the thematic material and overall conceptualization is so interesting.

omg 100% SAME

it's bottom of the barrel for her, but if it gets a mv, it can be the most beautiful and intimate she'd ever done. I wish it gets to have a little moment. any kind of visual to accompany the song would make me love it a 10x more

Ah got ya :-) I was obesssed with the free woman demo and played it non stop.... so sad about the album version.

she recorded 100 songs and gives us LMR, maybe she did it to kick us in the face :billie:. Yeah I agree super uninspired

Totally feel this!

I will say that LMR is the lowest of the barrel though :messga: like lowest.

FT is basically for ASIB the sound along with plastic doll. 100 songs and she puts those 3 on the cd. Well I’d like to hear the other 80 songs please :classy:

The way I had zero idea that Fun Tonight was her talking to haself. I really did think it was about Carino. :laughga:

I mean I still don't believe her claim that Perfect Illusion is about social media and not Taylor :laughga:

Do you feel him sir?

That sounded like an after thought tbh, but her explanation with FT actually made more sense than it being a song about Carino.

Oh yeah I'm willing to believe FT being about herself over what she said about PI  It kinda fits the theme of the rest of the album anyway

Do you feel him sir?

Agreed. The social media explanation for a song chosen as lead single which lyrically is about an ex, months after calling things off with Taylor? :trollga:

She later sort of admitted in an interview that it was in fact about him, among all the other things/interpretations

"This video is a performance of a song that I wrote of that moment about how I feel, but how I'm sure he's felt sometimes, how you have felt sometimes, how other people feel in relationships, how I see my friends struggle and become just full of rage and anger as they try to figure out how to date during a time when everybody's sort of creating these perfect illusions of themselves on the Internet and nobody really knows what's real and what isn't. It's about all of that."

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.harpersbazaar.com/culture/art-books-music/news/amp18062/lady-gaga-taylor-kinney-perfect-illusion/

She probably just doesn't like name-checking her exes on songs and make allusions in an attempt to throw them under the bus but it was clear to every fan who listened to it that it was about him

"I was protected by the monks of Azarath, I was raised by my friends. They are my family, this is my home and you are not welcome here."

You’re just ranting at this point. None of what you said relates to BloodPop. It’s gagas concept. Everything you’re saying is baseless explanations and accusations tordwards blood pop. Go a head and call it generic or that it doesn’t work. that’s your own (unpopular) opinion, but don’t twist it into saying that’s BloodPop’s doing, it’s GAGA. You don’t like the work she put out, simple as that. You think it’s all over the place? No one cares here, it’s off topic, start your own thread discussing everything horrible about Chromatica Mr Negative Nancy.

I’m not accusing anyone. I just think Bloodpop helped shaping the conceptof the album more than Gaga did.

The idea of tribes or whatever else are really not important at all. That stuff is just extra fluff for fans. The Grammy voters are not going to care about the tribes... they care about the music.

The Born This Way video is about birthing a new race on GOAT and the mitosis of the future etc etc but do you see any of that in the other videos from that era? You're being too hard on Chromatica, for real for real.

Ok but the tribes are literally on the cover of the album and why do that only for two songs and not the third? I wouldn’t compare it to BTW since it was only for a song.

It may not be important to you but you have to admit that the tribes thing wasn’t a good idea in the first place.

The joke of the century

At least I’ve never made assumptions on anyone on this site. Calling me a mysoginistic asshole just cause i pointed out some flaws about an album is not fair.
