I bought both the SL and ROM picture discs before anyone tries to come for me, my turntable just doesn't have a USB port so I can't rip them myself. I'm from the UK and I bought my ROM picture disc off of depop about three weeks ago now. I assume it's just slow processing through your local customs or the US export centre.
