It always makes me feel hyped. It's also a clever song because it shows the different sides of femininity. The Blackpink girls depict the sweetness and Gaga is the sour part. It's a bop and never a skip.

The Blackpink girls depict the sweetness and Gaga is the sour part. This! It toys with how women and their femininity are perceived in popular culture and the expectations around them and how women have to conform themselves to society's standards. How they're expected to be either too nice or else they're called a b*tch Gaga's explanation for it is genius! "I resent that women are often expected to always be sweet or we're called b*tches. This song is an analog for that sentiment , and a polite middle finger" Besides the whole juxtaposition of Gaga (badass punk pop imagery, sour) with Blankpink (sweet, saccharine bubblegum pop, candy) is just MIND = BLOWN @Twitter it definitely has a purpose on the album, listen closely my friend. Any song with a purpose on any album that makes a strong statement and has an underlying message is NOT a filler "I was protected by the monks of Azarath, I was raised by my friends. They are my family, this is my home and you are not welcome here."
