You can't tell only one side of the story. Shut up. I've had enough of you people defending Israel. Literally millions are affected and here you f*cking are defending a f*cking a**hole of a country. Small rock or a balloon is not equal to millions of bombs dropped on nation without a proper army. You’re not here to tell both sides, just to justify Israeli one, don’t act as non-biased. Tweets I posted are either official (congresswoman Tlaib statements) or often have links to official news in the end, they just provide comment and pictures as well. This news shows the deal from yesterday means nothing. Tell that to thousands of Israeli families who have lost their homes & loved ones because Palestinians fire rockets, not only rocks or incendiary balloons, at areas where innocent Israeli civilians live. I'm not trying to justify Israel and you don't know anything about me so I don't know why you assume these things about me. Since I started voting I have always voted for left-wing parties and whenever this conflict rises in a conversation I always find myself defending the Palestinians in front of almost everyone I know. However, I get very upset when Israel is falsely accused or when people deliberately decide to omit relevant and important facts when reporting about events. Tweeter accounts often provide "comments and pictures" which are irrelevant to the case, thus they are not reliable or trustworthy. 1 hour ago, Sherry1411 said: Shut up. Yeah, millions are affected, including innocent Israeli civilians I have mentioned above in this post. I'm saying it for the third time - you can't only tell one side of the story. And I won't shut up, I'm allowed to express my beliefs. If you don't like them, simply ignore my posts. Also, reported for that language and disrespectful speech you gave. dit 46,738
At this point I try to avoid news on Palestine x Israel because it has become too much of a mental burden on me because I have sadly come to the conclusion that Palestine will never be free and almost the entirety of the West Bank will eventually be illegally annexed by Israel with most of the Palestinians eventually running off to Gaza and Jordan since Israel will not want an even more Arabs to become citizens of Israel. Part of the blame is of course the pathetic Palestinian leadership who has been unable to do anything but of course the bigger blame is to be placed on Israel at this point. It's just ridiculous...their quest to annex the vast majority of the West Bank will succeed and then they will make the lives of the Palestinians in what is remaining of the West Bank a living nightmare to encourage them to leave. It's over for Palestine and the world just sat there and watched doing nothing. I'm not absolving the Palestinians of blame or neighboring Arab states from blame BUT at this point it has gone past "defensive measures"...Israel's choke hold on the West Bank is so deep that it is literally impossible now for a two state solution and a one state solution will not happen nor will it work (and if it does the Palestinians will be treated like complete crap and encouraged to leave their lands / be displaced to preserve a Jewish majority). Rashida Tlaib’s statement is not reliable or trustworthy? AP News are not trustworthy? Witnesses’ videos of bombing or pictures of injured children from official agencies are very much relevant, you just don’t want people to see and humanize victims in this case. Your first reaction is whattaboutism. There’s no falsely accusing nor omitting here, because this conflict did not start yesterday. Trying to stay “neutral” today with “both sides” argument, does nothing but support Israeli expansion. How does your “defending of Palestinians” help, when they’re hurt, you’d say “but what about other side, what did YOU do to deserve this?” What do you say to Palestinian families who lost their homes and loved ones in much larger numbers? If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse and you say that you are neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality. - Desmond Tutu FreePalestine

Love Only anti-isreal information comes from some members.. Both sides have culpability in the violence... Isreal is clearly expansionist and will use any hostile act as excuse for grabbing more land... If palestine was smart they could get global support for their stance thu 'passive' resistance.... of course Palestine doesn't get labeled as 'smart' very often....😉 like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. I'm not too educated on this issue but this^ is what leads me to lean on the Palestinian side of the whole mess. That and the fact that they seem like hostages to Israel. Like, maybe if Israel would just allow these people to have their independence and have a nation of their own, all this fighting would stop they're already living there, right? Correct me if I'm wrong but is it not just as simple as "let Israel be Israel and Palestine be Palestine"? And if both nations are claiming the same land, is it then not just as simple as asking the residents of that land who they want to be governed by? I probably sound dumb but that's my uninformed opinion Whimsical bitch

And if both nations are claiming the same land, is it then not just as simple as asking the residents of that land who they want to be governed by? I probably sound dumb but that's my uninformed opinion There are a few 'unbiased' videos on you tube about the Israel / Palestine conflict.. My take after researching the issue is... Britain and The US simply drew up a new country for Israel right in rhe middle of Jordan (Palestine was a state under Jordanisn control) Armed and financially supported Isreal .. all without approval from Jordam or any of the neighboring Arab countries... Right after WW2... All the Arab countries declared war on Isreal and attacked.. Isreal won (with the help of the US) and actually captured more land than originally approved by the UN... over the years some countries have made peace with Isreal and recognize them as a legit country.. Most arab countries don't however and are technically in a state of war with Isreal... Iran is the primary leader in the region to oust Isreal completely and fund numerous organizations dedicated to containing Isreal expansion (the annex land without asking) Palestinians are getting chunks of their territory systematically annexed every major military conflict .. Syria lost the Golan Heights too... UAE recognizing Isreal and establishing normal relations is a slap in the Palestinians face and kind of a betrayal to many of the other nations who stand with Palestinians.. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still.
