I'm not even there (would have been if not for rona), I live in australia. Yeah the donation links you put up (impact.lebanon) is currently the only one besides the Red Cross lebanon APP that I know of for international people. Hamdila everyone i know is safe because they all live further up. 

If you know anyone with minor injuries or anyone with pets with injuries, IG: Vitallia.lb in Jamhour is operating and helping out!
