This is just what she does: her concepts start small, then grow into unwieldy, top-heavy monsters, then they fade into the next era. Are we not used to this by now? 2) For Gaga, "there's always something at the center of the tootsie pop." We all know she's going somewhere with this, like she does with everything else.
