A case of this level will take months if not years, to go through discussions with her legal team about a plea deal, set the terms of the plea deal, or if a plea agreement falls through: finalize charges, go through discovery, locate and depose witnesses, select a jury, etc. Don't Call Me Gaga

If I were her, I would’ve spent the last year putting together an insurance policy of dirt, in the case of my death. Well she's certainly a very street-smart lady, and it's clear that she's known it was only a matter of time before she got arrested ever since Epstein was taken in; hence the moving around, hiding in secluded places, setting up a secret company to buy her Bradford, NH house with, asking real estate agents about flight patterns above the house, etc. It wouldn't surprise me at all if she was using that time to collect pieces of evidence that she could use to reduce the length of her sentence and the charges. And a good lawyer will be able to secure a decent deal. Don't Call Me Gaga

Try this bitch ASAP she doesnt deserve rights Everyone deserves rights. Can you imagine the absolute demise of society if we were to abandon due process, right to counsel, and presumption of innocence? That's how autocratic and dictatorial nations are run, in which the government shows up, arrests you for a crime you did or did not commit, and you disappear within the week. It can be frustrating at times, for sure, but ultimately safeguards put in place to ensure that each and every citizen gets to tell their side of the story and be tried in an impartial court according to the presumption of innocence and commitment to blind justice benefits and strengthens our country, and sets it and other Western nations apart from less liberalized ones.
