This was actually such a fun film. Had no clue what to expect besides irreverence and fun, and it was exactly that and so much more. I really enjoyed it a lot more than I expected to.

imo that mindset will hurt you in the future, don't get stuck up in ideology if you actually do design for a living and get paid for it, it's a dangerous mindset, AI is a tool, you can't possibily have such radical sentiments for a tool, that's very counter productive.

Have you ever heard of corridor key? It's an AI tool to helps artists with green screens, no more hours/days rotoscoping and keying, now if you want a background removed you just need to click 1 button.. and this is generative AI, but it's a tool at the end of the day, a tool to make artists lives easier.

How is that even related? Computer didn't caused water shortage and involuntary price hike on electricity, sis. Your favorite colour must be 5 to even come up with this.

It's very much related, the computer was seen with very bad light by artists. The notion of "making gfx in a computer is inferior" was very much real, for a long time.

Also, you are arguing against a pretty usefull tool, corridor key is revolutionaty, regardless of being AI or not. I'm not saying everything has to be AI but AI can be usefull.

And btw, the water shortage topic is pretty much false or very dishonest and people parroriting that don't help the anti AI cause 😅,  electricity side is very much real tho.

Also, something to think about in this AI discourse: now everyone with a recent smartphone can do some nice things, even edit short films, remove backgrounds, add stuff, etc. All the things AI allows you to do on the latest S26 lol that would have been impossible for the layman a few years ago, and I don't see that as a bad thing. 

In the '90s, a computer to do gfx cost north of $200k, not accounting for inflation. Today, you can do stuff that would be considered magic in the '90s with a device in your pocket. I can't hate that, sorry.
