@Jase can you please follow up with the comment that you pinned? You are saying that Gaga was the only one who signed all these CD’s, but did not provide any detail or information about where this came from. So I think it’s a bit hard for some people to believe.

We were directly told that she signed them. :)

I mean, that’s nice and all but there’s still no proof. The fandom is talking about it everywhere. I wish she would address it or Bobby or even the store.

By who? I think it’s fair and reasonable for fans (particular those who have ordered these CD’s) to have information shared with them about the situation.

If y'all are hoping for a refund, goodluck. All they refunded me was the shipping charges which was 4 dollars  :toofunny: 

 

They would not offer me anything else and I wrote them a lengthy email about how I felt about the situation. If I had my time back I would've ordered from the Canadian store, but I stupidly thought the US store was getting signed covers not art cards.

I'm curious of how the refund process work.

Do you send back the album and the card or you get to keep it?

If you get the refund, so it won't count as sale right? How does it affect the chart?

Exactly why I don’t feel bad about complaining to them. They got their little points for Billboard by scamming and we’re in the wrong for wanting our money back.  :billie:

I got the same response a few days ago. This is my 5th  chromatic copy I only got it for the signature. I didn’t get that so I want my $20 back

Seems like the European orders got relatively better signatures? My UK signed art card was amazing but my two american ones were terrible

I emailed them back about this and they didnt refund except got a  "we can guarantee this was signed by the artist" copy and paste email.

I also messaged them on twitter, explained how i wasnt happy with just the "L" and that I had originally paid for a booklet and not an art card.

they responded 

"The booklets ship separate. Sorry about the confusion!" 

Um what? lol
