I truly don’t see any way where someone could argue Dua’s vocals are better or more interesting than Gaga’s but opinions are opinions I guess  especially bc Gaga does such a wide variety of stuff with her voice on Chromatica.

I will concede that FN does put up a good fight with regards to production in many ways

I understand you problems with Chromatica - I believe gaga has been, for a long time, transitioning into a more theatrical voice which she was criticized for in the early years of her career. It's not for everyone and clearly less pop. Future Nostalgia has arguably better production but conceptually and lyrically Chromatica knocks it out of the park for me.

Gaga is definitely the better vocalist but Dua’s voice is just so pleasant to listen to. The timber of her voice is very beautiful whereas Gaga’s voice can sometimes sound ugly or dull (like Sour Candy’s chorus) or Free Woman’s verses. Dua’s voice is very easy to listen to even when she’s just singing the verse.

I love Chromatica and FN, but I do think Chromatica is better to me. FN is VERY VERY good too, but I think Chromatica does it more for me. I see what you mean about Gaga's vocals though, I guess some people won't enjoy that kind of delivery on a purely pop record like this one.

I actually love the edge Gaga gives her voice on SC chorus and the “come come unwrap me” part, it reminds me so much of TFM
