Apparently not many cases that go back to protests. The question is how is this possible? U have seen the images. The rules werent respected. :selena:

Anyway, if we gonna continue to be obsessed with one virus, no good will come from this. Are hospitals overwhelmed? No. Are more deaths or patients in critical condition? No.

Apparently now they test different categories more, like every person who goes to an hospital. And even in this situation, some places dont have more cases. But the media only needs one place where things are worst and they have their headline.

Health experts now think that the virus is much harder to transmit outdoors, plus the vast majority of BLM protestors I’ve seen were wearing masks (though often within 6 feet from other people).

A mess, protests did make it worst it seems :/

These numbers likely are from Memorial Day weekend, not protests. That being said, a majority of the states seeing dramatic rises in cases re-opened early or mid-May--those are the numbers you're seeing. These states, more or less, did not properly institute shut down and limited services and as a result cases are rising. But yea, the media will probably spin it to target the protests.

@TOSK it is good that you care, but when you prioritize only patients or humans with covid, you also neglect other people lives.

=》 quality of life  goes down for majority of people, other diseases or health problems are ignored to the point of being fatal, suicides go up, human rights are ignored ( find out for yourself how hard was tor some women to get a legal abortion during the lockdown), domestic abuse goes up, child abuse goes up, education is going down, mental health problems go up, economy does down, poverty goes up and so on.

So be carefull when you care about only one problem.

Cool. Now go and google all the people lockdown affected. I made a list for you.

Just google covid + cancer, domestic abuse, child abuse, mental health, economy, poverty, measles, suicides, poverty, starvation, abortion, human rights.

Or you dont care about these people because they arent covid patients?

Taide

The problem with USA is that they opened everything way too early and people didn't follow the social distancing rules from the beginning.

Europe just recently started opening up slowly again and our pandemic was at it's peak in April, whereas in USA I believe it hasn't even peaked yet.

Health Experts Link Rise In Arizona COVID Cases To End Of Stay-At-Home Order

“Perhaps, Arizona will be a warning sign to other areas,” said Katherine Ellingson, an epidemiologist at the University of Arizona. “We never had that consistent downward trend that would signal it’s time to reopen and we have everything in place to do it safely.”

Before Arizona lifted its stay-at-home order, only about 5% of COVID-19 tests registered as positive. On Monday, that number was around 16%.

A Harvard health expert predicts an additional 100,000 US coronavirus deaths by September

A Harvard health expert said he expects the US to surpass 200,000 deaths sometime in September.

Close to 113,000 people have already died from the coronavirus in the US.

The main model being used by officials to estimate the impact of the coronavirus outbreak in the United States also revised its death toll this week to 193,347 COVID-19 deaths by October 1.

So can I, you would have us believe 200,000 deaths in the US alone equals 600,000 jobs.

Lets look at yours OK

Thousands of cancer patients could die early due to coronavirus delays, study finds

Because the Healthcare systems are overloaded and can't handle both. It's already proven, Lockdowns lower the number of cases. Thank You for making my argument.

Extra 10,000 dementia deaths in England and Wales in April

A survey of 128 care homes by Alzheimer’s Society reveals that 79% report that lack of social contact is causing a deterioration in the health and well being of their residents with dementia.

Long term health facilities have some of the highest rates of death from covid. You would rather kill them gasping for air while in a never never land?

More than 600,000 UK workers lose their jobs amid lockdown

You're equating jobs with lives? Like Annie said, the sun will come up tomorrow. You lose a job, there's always tomorrow. You lose your life it's GAME OVER!

In post-lockdown China, student mental health in focus amid reported jump in suicides https://reut.rs/2AUltqq

First of all it's POST LOCKDOWN!

From your article. In late April, China’s education ministry began telling schools to pay attention to mental health and adjust lesson plans so that students feel less academic pressure. Nearly a dozen local governments have since published measures, with the eastern province of Anhui scrapping some exams.

In one such class, students were divided into two groups who raced to form English words, but one group was given a much harder set of letters - a prompt for a discussion about stressful situations.

“The purpose was to make students aware that feeling stressed is natural, and that how you deal with that stress can lead to different outcomes,” said the teacher.

Where Ive said that? :fail:

You are the one who thinks that a human life is important only if he she has covid.

I am pointing out that the world problems continue to exist outside of covid.

count the suicides. Count the undetected cancer patients. Count the lost jobs. Count the increase in mental health problems. Count the domestic abuse. Count the child abuse. Count the human rights abuses. Count the women rights abuses. Count the lost opportunities. Count the undocumented people forgotten by everybody. Count the people who will live in poverty. Count them all.

and when u are done counting, remember that those 10000 people whose cancer got undected only in April are only from England and Wales.

so count again all those people from other countries and maybe then u will understand

How much u dont care when u care only about one problem and ignore the rest.

Well. That's called ignorance.

What's the point of posting n articles about the same "studies"? U have to remmember me you like spamming? :lmao:

Wouldnt hurt to read those "studies" and how much data are behind their projections?

projections =/ studies

Imperial College was wrong just in march with another projections. :ladyhaha:

Meanwhile those undected cancer patients are on paper, the lost jobs are a reality, the increase in child, women, domestic abuse, suicides are on paper. And so on.

But you can continue to ignore these effects. I cant help u. Just because u dont want to get informed and choose to look the other way to the victims of the lockdown that I've mentioned is your choice.

Good bye. No point in continuing this argument that wont go anywhere.

You can continue your spam. :lana:
