She literally made headlines everyday all around the word, back in the day it was literally IMPOSSIBLE to spend an hour without hearing about her (except if you were sleeping obviously). It was completely INSANE. I remember everybody talking about Gaga everyday at school when I was 8, even the teachers... I agree, I think the only culturally impactful artist since Gaga are BTS tbh and the whole kpop wave they brought and the fanbase they created which is so similar to what Gaga had back in the day. And its so funny because they send the same message Gaga did back then/still does, of self love and acceptance. But in the west I agree that nothing like Gaga happened before and after. I think that's the bottom line for most of the legends. On a personal level, Gaga's biggest achievement in my world is to establish herself as my favourite singer.
