We have a bazillion great news today (like everyday since lg6 is out) , can we stop with the 'What About Promo ?????' Posts 

Promo is nice and Gaga is promo sensitive, but some of the biggests songs on streaming platforms never had one single performance (One Dance by Drake for example). If a song is meant to be a hit it will be , and radio/streaming only will carry it.

Just be patient until the 'promo' is resumed and just enjoy all the good things that are happening right now

Spotify and radios sabotaging the chance for ROM to go #1 in sweden 
only 1 radio station of 5 has ever played the song. only #12 on the swedens version of TTH despite the #1 being outside the top 20 on the spotify daily chart since release meanwhile ROM has spent most days inside the top 10
