Never drink it without milk. Also, acid reflux can be very dangerous in long term so you might want to reduce the foods that cause it + consult a doctor.

I take protective pills and went on a treatment for 4 weeks. It helped a lot but i still get it occasionally when i mess up my diet. I'm supposed to not have any acidic drinks and limit acidic foods (tomato sauces and such) BUT IT'S SO HARD :cryga:

What my doctor told me is that the diet depends on each person, you have to determine yourself what causes the reflux - in your case its coffee.

There are those syrup sachets that I take when I feel it bad or I know I had too much food before sleep, it's called Gastrotus, but I'm in Europe so not sure whether you have it over there, but you can ask at your pharmacy.

"ISIC members are six of the major European coffee companies: illycaffè, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Lavazza, Nestlé, Paullg, and Tchibo"

I'm not surprised they found these benefits in the study then :triggered:

It's not just coffee, i have a LOT of triggers it's so annoying. I tend to manage it when I have the energy but most of the time I just ignore it and regret :selena:

Just another propaganda article to promote coffee sales. Yall so gullible smh. Tea is much better and that too without milk cuz it has anti oxidants which can help to slow down the aging process. :coffee:

Well, at least it helps me take a dump every two days after drinking it (have constipation issues/large intestine). It benefits me and I of course try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits like celery, spinach, and apples daily.

I'll WRECK U right Up...G.U.Y.!!!🌋💥
