I agree America shouldn't be the world police either. 

Let's pull all our bases out of the country and send our troops back. Then with military funding we can get our sweet single payer healthcare and free college education. 

Instead of giving our money as aid to foreign countries through taxes we should pull all that out and give it back to the citizens. Other countries might suffer but hey, Americans comes first. 

Let Israel and Palestine keep fighting each other. Without aiding them they'll be forced to fight for themselves. Whoever wins the bloodbath is a matter of survival of the fittest. If Saudi Arabia colonizes Israel so be it. 

If Russia comes to overtake Europe, Hey, it's no snot up our nose. Let the takeover happen. Let Russia and China have global influence in the rest of the world. China is already colonizing Africa with great results. And let the Middle East keep fighting each other without us interfering. 

The rest of the third world would probably suffer without our aid but they can learn to solve problems on their own without our interference. 

It'll also be a good idea to close borders too. You can't let Chinese and Russian spies come here, or the countries they influenced. That say America could be like Wakanda; a rich isolated country that puts its own people and citizens first and says **** all to the rest of the world. Americans should and always come first.

I literally do not care about your personal feelings when your country is murdering my people. I very obviously did not mean every single American and I was obviously targeting and government (not only trump's but every single US president and his government that has taken power so far) and the people who support it. If you're gonna feel included and offended then so be it. I genuinely don't care for those feelings. I have 0 compassion for an imperial power that thinks it has the right to include itself in other people's issues and play the role of the savior that no one asked from it.

You do realize that we can reject American interference while also rejecting other foreign ones right? In no way did anyone say that Russia or China have any right being here. This isn't about you. You are a prime example of American imperialism. It's not a personal issue. YOU need to acknowledge that the US has done nothing but inflict pain and harm upon people with their racist, greedy, and war-provoking policies. If you do, then speak about it instead of getting your feelings hurt and tone policing someone who clearly hurt by US imperialism.

As a foreign policy student (international affairs is my major), yes the US acting as a police force for democracy/freedom is in theory, a good idea. Having the world’s biggest democratic nation push for similar liberty abroad should be a good thing and help liberate people. 

 

But you are correct, Americans (particularly Republicans) care more about the “victory” and media slant than the humanitarian aspects. That is why Democrats like Hillary & Obama take a different approach. They (and myself) believe the US should use its military capabilities to help end dictatorships all over the globe & establish stable, humane democracies in those countries. That’s not to say it always works, because it doesn’t. But the simple idea of America being a force to be reckon with when it comes to protecting human rights, is a good one.
