Hydroxychloroquine is working on patients before they reach critical condition. Once they're on ventilators, it's not very effective. There are no findings of it actually helping people not get Coronavirus, but it absolutely works when you have it and you're in early stages. We don't actually know if this is true or not. There is literally a video of him saying he’s taking it. The reporter just tweeted what he said.
