I believe she meets everything, you can get everything individually (you just kind of have to look), the digital album adds a few extra dollars to the merch, and it's sold on her website

It does. That's why her website already does that. You just have to click on the "clothing" tab to find the individual items listings. I bought the yellow t-shirt that way since I had so many digital downloads from her store coming and wanted to save a few dollars.
