Because she hasn't. We really don't know when it's coming - at least not any kind of official announcement. I could care less about a track list. I want to know when we can actually hear the music.

Even for Stupid Love it was announced on a freaking billboard in LA before Gaga tweets about it. I mean I remember for Born This Way when she announced the release dates on Christmas it felt like a gift to her fans

I dont think that's the issue though. She just threw it out there without a word. People would be fine if she had said something along with it. But instead we were paid dust. It is getting tedious, but I genuinely think we'll hear something within the next 2 weeks.

And she only did it because of leaks. We wouldn't have gotten the cover or track list had they not leaked. That's the real, real issue... We're going on 37 days since the delay. Like...

Well if we really don’t hear from her in 2 weeks that would be another level of cray cray so yea I would assume she has to post something at least but could be all BUT chromatica...

It's been over a month since she's said anything and only posted both the cover and track list due to leaks. She's talked about the benefit concert with such drive but has then switched to "here, now let me be" attitude tweets with emojis and no text...does she wanna wait 6 more months ok but tell us. Having hyped up to two weeks before the original drop to..."eh now's not a good time il tell you more soon lolz"

I think they're just working on a release date or are just waiting to announce it. I think they would rather announce an official new date than just "It's still coming. We can't tell you when though yet". 

 Either way, I think it will be clarified soon since she has to announce tour cancelation anyways.
