The most important part :vegas:

Stupid Love literally is laced with 90s house influences :selena:   and Free Woman is so 90s House with those synths :nooo:

I guess I can see where you're coming from lol. And I haven't heard a free woman leak yet.. :selena:

Ohhh oops :billie:  you're in for a treat, though it was a demo that leaked :selena:

But yeah, Stupid Love was a mix of 90s House influences, disco influences, and a touch of 80s in there... but it was mainly 90s house :nooo:

I had to grow to like Stupid Love too, but I think I was just bitter because she released a song that leaked a month prior. Smh.

Melanie Martinez is a creative genius and both her albums are pop perfection and masterfully created concept albums

And she did not abuse T*mothy H*ller :huntyga:

Omg, I love her. But listening to her is like listening to ARTPOP in public. Irl constantly made fun my obsession with play date. :bradley:

Please ignore the spelling in username. I am a Beyonce stan afterall.

F.uck those people, listen to it anyway! :woohoo:

I'll never understand music snobs and elitists. All music is made to be enjoyed, and you're allowed to enjoy whatever music takes your interest!

Also Playdate is such a good song. I've been listening to it so much this week, and then I found out today that it's gone viral on Tik Tok :ohwell:  talent wins

I love this live version so much

I wasn't into her first album, but K-12 is a masterpiece and one of my go-to albums. The film's concept was amazing as well.

I don't know who the guy you're speaking about is tho.

I saw K-12 for the first time at the movies and omg it was so impactful hearing the songs for the first time in the theatre and seeing it on the big screen. I went into it thinking it'd be some low budget, long music video, and I was totally blown away by what she managed to achieve!

I just remember being awestruck during Highschool Sweethearts  that giant closeup of her face, backlit by the moon behind her, sparkles on the sillhouette of her face while she sings the slow intro, the beautiful cardboard cutouts, the second scene in the beautiful historical rococo set, watching her look absolutely gorgeous while nailing that choreography. It was a moment! :bradley:

Guy :laughga:  Timothee is a girl who accused Melanie of sexually abusing her, and it almost completely derailed Melanie's career between her first and second album. She was cancelled on Twitter, all the drama channels on YouTube and music sites were declaring her an abuser, the comments on all her Instagram posts and music videos were disgusting, fans were uploading videos of themselves burning her albums and merch and tagging her. It was a huge mess. Melanie put out a statement saying that Timothee "never said no to the things they chose to do together" which is a terrible way to word it and caused more problems :air:  But over time Timothee's story unravelled and was clearly false or greatly exaggerated.

Wow. I'm glad she got through that with him because if not, this amazing record might not be here and it's one of the two stand out records of 2019 I can honestly recall (the other is a record called Vikings Chant by a band called SKÁLD).

Smother Em Eh

Eh Eh is a guilty pleasure

I Like It Rough is better then Beautiful Dirty Rich and Eh Eh.

Telephone is overrated and only liked because of the Beyoncé collab

Americano is one of Gagas worst songs. I hardly EVER listen to it.

Applause is one of Gagas best songs. It’s so catchy

The original DWUW is the best version

Jewels n’ Drugs is a banger and so slept on by the fanbase

Swine is oddly satisfying and a guilty pleasure. I just have to be in the rare mood for it

Joanne is a great album

Sinners Prayer is the best song on Joanne

Why Did You Do That is sooo overrated!

Get Applause & G.U.Y to 1B views!
