The thing is that before Chromatica everyone was like '' go back to dance pop songs, we want pop music, enough with ballads'' etc. Now that we will have this, they are like '' oh no we want ballads, we want meaningful lyrics, no cheap pop songs''. You don't know what you want  And this is because ASIB smashed and SL was not as successful as Shallow for example. It's sad that you are only happy and like a song only when it's a smash and when it's not doing good enough or is not the thing that you wanted to be, you begin to trash her and her music!

The fact that I came here to celebrate ROM and talk about how fun the song sounds and how I’m excited to hear the full song in HIGH QUALITY instead of some LQ leak...and then I remembered y’all hate everything

I will say that I prefer her songs that are more mature like ASIB and Joanne, but we can't expect her to do that from now on. During that French or Australian interview, she said she wanted to make a fun/dance record. I don't think every song she puts out now has to sound like an MR or a Shallow.

And here we’re comparing a soundtrack to her solo albums, but imagine the meltdowns when her next potential soundtrack will come out.. It’s already doomed after ASIB perfection

If she releases a PF/BR or even Applause, we would stan. SL is simply not good enough.

She needs to stay away from musical films for a while. Just contribute one/two song(s) for the films she's in.

Idk why people keep saying this. It's obvious her fanbase is divided into the soccer moms portion (like me) and the 2010'd f-words, which is why opinions are conflicted. It's not the same people with both opinions.

the thing is that she can't serve great dance pop songs anymore 

I would be so here for it if she actually serve a chorus and a modern production 

Since day 1 I was against her collab with Sophie and everything cause he can't make good pop music

I have the feeling that after Chromatica, Gaga is going to take a LONG break from the music industry. Tbh, I was one of those who wanted Gaga to do whatever the hell she felt like doing for LG6. But, to me, this doesn’t seem to be what Gaga really wants to put out. I think she has seen herself pushed to please her fans for releasing ASIB & Joanne, 2 albums that sound nothing like 2010 Gaga. But this is just my opinion. Now I don’t know what to think of this project anymore. I’ll judge it when it is available on every music platform and I’ll see how it ages.
