It's political pressure, and she's doing it on behalf of billionaires including Bill Gates, not a cute look imo. Essentially, the money she's asking for comes from people's taxes and we all know the rich ain't paying their share. Well Gaga can still acknowledge the fact that she disagrees with the more specific intricacies of what that means, while still using the phrase since it automatically helps spread positivity and a communal feeling among people on a large scale (if that makes any sense lol). She said it is "nice" but we have to understand people are suffering in different ways. In this case the "We’re all in this together as #GlobalCitizens" sentence means that "we have the power to find solutions" instead of "we are in the same boat economically" It sounds more like an appeal to people who have power all around the world.
