Sis delivered, got good videos, performances, interviews..

I mean everything we wanted to.

She didn’t need to postpone her album to make more coins AND she doesn’t have a make up company that sells f***** lipsticks in the middle of a global pandemic!

At this point we should just change this website to Duadaily :billie:

Im excited to see if she’s improved her stage presence and charisma. I can only find 1 live performance of Physical and she’s still a sub par performer.

It's crazy how I thought Physical was so good, but after listening to Levitating and Hallucinate, Physical seems weak. Good In Bed and Boys Will Be Boys should have been scrapped in my opinion.

I love physical the most because it has the same riff in the intro as electric chapel

Stan yes, but don't over-hyping.

taste is subjective. What I think is an amazing work of art won’t be to some and that’s fine. Ex: a Post Malone album to some of us is bland, and an album like Joanne to them could be uninteresting and bland

but a s**t ton are reacting positively to FN, and regardless of what you think of it, it’s way better than her first :legend: So of course some us are gonna be excited about it and if we wanna hype the crap out of it then alright :vegas:

The way you still want to put Gaga against Dua

Like, can we enjoy both albums without creating this unnecessary comments?. All i can see is "Dua served what Gaga lacked", "Dua songs are fresh, unlike Gaga with SL", "Dua saved pop music, Gaga doesn't"...

BOTH are saving pop music this year. Both artists are giving something new to the scenario.

You are taking the easy neutral position. Maybe you should learn to have an opinion and there is nothing wrong with having one unless you attack someones character. Gaga is an extraordinary human but I won't lie when I say musically, every song on FN is superior to Stupid Love. Its a completely valid point - the album is just better produced and stronger musically. Obviously I know it is not fair to say this since Stupid Love is one song from Chromatica but to me at least, this is one of the biggest surprises for me. Dua Lipa grew immensely from her first album to this. Its like when Gaga went from TF to TFM but honestly, Dua's first album was not even as good as The Fame. This is why I am so amazed by FN.

I still like Gaga but I am saying this as a compliment. If you read my post, you can see that I compared the feeling of listening to this like to how I felt when I listened to TFM for the first time. Its a compliment but also, yes, I think Dua Lipa will be hard to beat this year for AOTY or any major award.

SO u gonna fight me just because i think FN is ok and don't deserve the AOTY?

U don't understand this use of "fight me" or u just decide to act ignorant?... Grow up ma'am.

Calm down guys, with Melodrama VS 1989 etc.

The only album that saved pop music is The Fame/Monster and it's a known fact

I didn’t say that Pop was alive right now because of TF, learn to read

It's obvious since Pop (genre) is pretty dead now

Future Nostalgia is cool and everything but she did not "save" pop music lol. There are a lot of great pop albums out there. It's not like only hip hop music has been released in these last 5 years.

Sis, you sound like a bitter Madonna fan during the BTW era :billie:

It's been 12 years since The Fame came out and 11 years since TFM.... yes they were huge and they are, IMO, Gaga's magnum opus but also, you should consider there hasn't been any album since those albums that sounded fresh and bold, even from Gaga. FN is giving me chills, its seriously so good and is exactly what pop music needs now for a new life. She's not the new Gaga, I hate that saying, but she is going to change it like Gaga changed pop in 2008/2009.

But this thread exactly that and why OP thinks Dua saved it, before you randomly put TFM into discussion, which exactly why I responded the way I did, yet I am the one who need to learn to read? :billie:

I 'm not bitter at all, you are though

EVERYBODY knows TF/M saved pop. The other Gaga albums didn't. No othdd album did, that's it

An abum can be excellent and not save anything you know

Think a bit please.

How did she just save something that is currently dead? We'll talk about this in a year or two, maybe it will happen. But not for now and that's it

FN seems to be a great record and I wish Dua the best
