That arc will not be adapted into episodes. The new films are all we'll get for Helios' arc . So instead of half-assing a web-series, they decided to properly invest resources and release two well-made films instead. So far, we got "Crystal" versions of the first three manga arcs, and the 4th one was announced to be adapted as two films. That's the trailer we got today: the Dream Arc's films, adapting the 4th season of the manga . Awesome, thanks for the explanation. I read Sailormoon in the 90s and early 00's so I was pretty bummed the series was so short compared to other boys manga like Dragon Ball. I know this fact but he didn't retire. He just kept the manga on even though he's been taking a hiatus for years, only continuing the manga for a couple of months, and then taking a hiatus again. The fans have been asking him to end the manga so that we don't need to be constantly waiting for years just to read the continuing story. Can you imagine?
