Americano 31,061
I dont get the T. Swift craze and never will. Shes so generic. It's sad when the most badass moment of your career is dating a "bad boy."

But of course all the little tweens will be screaming over how cool it must be to date a bad boy that.....gets into fights and gets tattoos So badass :ohno:
Americano 31,061
Her new video is a mix of the Katy Perry and Rihanna playbook, so maybe itll work out for her.

Klou 2,414
I only know one person who bought Red and it was a friend of mine that's a 34 year old male. I think her core audience is the mid states.
Americano 31,061
Weren't you defending her yesterday though? Against people calling her talentless and comparing her to Ke$ha, of course. But that doesn't mean i'm crazy about her or understand why people are

Marjorine 0
I do, as do many others. lawd, coming from a Lady Gaga stan *cough, Just Dance, Telephone, LoveGame, BDR, Y&I, cough*
Americano 31,061
lawd, coming from a Lady Gaga stan *cough, Just Dance, Telephone, LoveGame, BDR, Y&I, cough* You & I is hell of a lot better written and produced than T. Swift's own "country" music, so I don't get your attempt at shade there. Bringing up her TF singles to try to discredit BTW/Judas/TEOG/MTN/etc. The issue is Taylor's LACK of progression as an artist, that has nothing to do with Gaga
Arturo 40,746
lawd, coming from a Lady Gaga stan *cough, Just Dance, Telephone, LoveGame, BDR, Y&I, cough* Just Dance, LoveGame, and BDR are generic, s-x-selling videos. I never said they weren't. Telephone was different than any video released at the time. Many little clones came out after. Y&I had depth. I fear for those who can't understand the storyline and message of that video.
Ozzy8923 9
Yeah, that video was beyond predictable and is giving me Rihanna, Katy, try-hard teas. Once again, I am reminded of why I love Gaga and Britney. They would never do that ****. Long and unnecessary narration, very unattractive boyfriend (you know if I have to watch that for 7 minutes I should at least have the pleasure of gracing someone attractive, right? :nacho:and Taylor definitely ain't doin' it. ), and just overall boring. Americano 31,061
I'm just bored of the typical love-story playing over and over in pop music. Anyway, everyone is releasing things this year but Gaga. Its so boring. You know Rihanna stans are gonna be pressed at Taylor's video lol

But I kinda agree. Red was a major step backwards from Speak Now
Nick 29
Notice how everyone is waiting for Gaga. When the other pop girls release things, besides the online stanbases there's literally zero hype. Taylor Swift is an exception to that.
