Unfortunately until it doesn't happen in their own countries, people don't understand how serious this is. Hope it doesn't happen of course, but realistically speaking France, Germany and several other countries are going to be in Italy's position in a few days or weeks. I fear that many countries will delay those strict measures and adopt them only when they will be REALLY necessary. This way the spread of the virus will be contrasted only at last.
