Then it's your problem. I don't like Blackpink for example but I can't call their song a filler because I don't like that group. :huntyga:

Lmao
You are trying to shade without knowing of my attitude to fillers :emma: Most of songs today don't have any important message, but it's okay till I can shake my a$$ to them, so there is no problem with fillers at all :bye:

Did you think I'd show up in a limousine? No

Stopped reading as soon as I saw Highway Unicorn, Americano, and Bad Kids. 3 songs that are miles above in quality and uniqueness than anything we’ve received from Gaga in the past several years.

People always confuse „fillers“ with „songs I don’t like“, and it bothers me. Fillers are songs that are just there to, you know, fill and space out the project and maybe create cohesiveness. Songs that don‘t have big significance to the project and the artist themselves. In Gaga’s case I Like It Rough, Hey Girl & the bonus tracks of  The Fame come to mind. Never performed, barely mentioned in the album promo, if ever, and basically ignored afterwards. No matter if I like them or not, they were intended as fillers. The Fame Bonus Tracks were basically songs from an older project (the original debut), which already were finished, so since they were already laying there and they cost time and money, why not create some additional bucks with them?

Doesn’t explain the songs you named being called fillers? They had a purpose and message, they meant something to the artist, they were performed live, they were referenced a lot before, amidst and some after the album cycle, one was the ****ing opener of the tour, they were not commercial and blending in, so no „cookie cutter“ songs either.

It’s stupid to think that artists put fillers on their albums. :laughga: I am mean what would be a point the it? Especially when you have more than 100 songs to choose from.

it‘s not unusual. Britney Jean is a good example of an album with mostly fillers.

Probs, but the peeps here have said it best- while fillers are obviously not lead singles, they can still resonate with people. I meannnnn Dance in the Dark.....Heavy Metal Lover....Mary Jane Holland..,

they all say hello!

Been a cuff touple, a puff bupple, a tough couple of years.

Can you even call bonus tracks filler? :huntyga: Like, they aren't even on the regular edition of the album. They're there because Gaga liked them, but they aren't essential listens to her
