I hope it's not another foundation because people can donate to WHO without going through Gaga.. Also she can donate herself.. I just hope it's not something where she'll only serve as a promoter? I know I'll get dragged for saying this but pop star can't do much now and my opinion is that she should donate if she wants to help and that's it..
