They could just release B-sides as promo singles until they’re ready to start with the actual 2nd single. I’m not asking for half the album the be released/teased (like ARTPOP when we had like 3 unheard songs by the time the album was release) but if she could drop Babylon in the next week, another promo single in May, that would mean we only have 3 songs from the album. Gaga is allowed to work with different producers and expand her horizons, and its clear than she had to make Joanne in that period of time. RedOne's songs were not going to fit on that album. If he wants another person to record the song, of course he has to ask Gaga. Gaga writes all her songs and the song belongs to her. Even if Red co-wrote and co-produced the song, its definitely still Gaga's song. She she needs to agree to it, or Gaga could sue RedOne. but I'm sure their relationship is fine now.
