I think that works perfectly with what she said about needing darkness to see the light, needing pain to experience joy, etc. She's not fighting a losing battle, she is just protecting Chromatica (her unique perspective of the world) while also remaining apart of this world. They used the same motherf-cking mockup and edited it to be lighter. Come on, be professionnal.
