Yeah, I think it's 50 for mods and 100 for members.

When it's obvious that reactions are being used to harass or something then we'll usually ask people to knock it off. If it'd bad enough to bring complaints it's probably bad enough for us to say "please chill, y'all"

Rarely do we issue points though unless it becomes a targeted harassment.

These "reactions" seem to be monitored more so on a case by case. With there only being 6 reactions, you cant get too specific in some cases, what the user who reacted initially meant that reaction for. 
Unless they directly respond to that user explaining their motive behind the reaction they left, which completely defeats the purpose of reactions in the first place, and you cant really except people to do that.
 

Also..we are going to reach a full 24 hours soon, with only 62% of the caucus results reported. This is turning out to be more of a mess as time goes on..

Maybe the DNC has created their own app (funded by Bloomberg and Nancy Pelosi) to transfer the remaining 38% of votes from the old Buttigieg... I mean Iowa Caucus app to the new DNC app in order to validate the results.
