Sorry I’ve been away from the news Short version is that there were difficulties with the app that was used to report the results by precinct. We are being told it has to do with a coding issue with the app. This also occurred because they saw discrepancies between the 3 ways the votes were being documented (first alignment vote or raw vote, final alignment and delegate count). It was documented as early as last week that there were issues with the app leading into the caucus so we shouldn't exactly be surprised that this happened.
