Thanks for this clarification Being VIABLE in 77% of 83% precincts could still be a loss, as you can be viable and still have the least amongst the candidates in literally every precinct. I guess we'll see I won't be shocked either way, but ultimately, this is a disaster for the Dems. Tom Perez is also, just tangentially, incompetent and has no business heading the DNC.
