I'd like to see a movie made about Gaga and Lana coming up in NYC in the mid to late 00s with it culiminating with Gaga reaching stardom and Lizzie in the beginning stages of  rebranding into Lana.

Omg yes, call it So Legit

I'm rooting for the actress who plays Betty on Riverdale.
Laugh if you want, but she can sing and is the best actress on that show tbh.

I think your suggestion of The Fame would be a great title. I'd also love Poker Face as a nod to "the song that changed her life". And also a nod to the many faces she's had to wear, and masking the pain, etc.

It could start maybe few months before getting accepted by Interscope, and then lots of flashbacks and dreams, memories, etc. into her earlier years as the movie and her fame progresses.

Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.

I want this and I want to see Lana, Katy, Beyonce, Elton, Madonna, Tony, and Bradly cameos (just actors playing them) just like how they did with Bowie, AC/DC, and Elton in Bohemian Rhapsody.

I want to see these events in the movie (lol):

1. Her dropping out of college.

2. Playing gigs in different bars in New York.

3. Lady Starlight helping her with her onstage costumes.

4. Her Just Dance performance in Miss Universe.

5.  Post-ARTPOP and her leaving pop for a while for jazz.

6. Recreating herself with Joanne.

7. ASIB, rumors regarding her and Bradley dating.

8. MetGala

9. Her visiting Gagadaily laughing at monsters creating hundreds of threads regarding rumors about LG6 :laughga:

These are definitely career highlights but the movie would be too long if it went all the way up to the met Gala.
Having the movie end around the Super Bowl would be perfect.
And we’d need to have all the Troy and record label stuff we don’t know too much about all played out.

Or a miniseries with an episode for each era :enigma:

I think if it was a movie, it should end at her winning the Oscar - not that long, in terms of notable events, after the Super Bowl anyway.

And if it was a series, you'd probably be able to cover each era in pretty decent detail to be honest.

I kind of feel like writing a fan-made script for this, lol. Would be pretty fun to research, in even more depth than previously, Gaga's entire career.

Also it's pretty cool to think that, if this were ever made officially, Bradley Cooper would more than likely be asked to direct it. I think he'd do Gaga's life story a lot of justice, tbh.

It seems weird to talk about where to end it at this point though unless we’re talking about it hypothetically being made now or something. There could be even bigger career defining moments in the future. Is she going to win an Oscar for acting? Is she going to eventually become an EGOT? What’s this next album era going to bring? Obviously the entire discussion is just a huge what-if, but saying it should end at the super bowl or the oscars seems to imply she’s peaked and it’s all downhill from there

Ignore my last reply. I actually would trust you with this. I like the way you write and you really seem to "get" Gaga and her artistry.

Poppy could play her very well :enigma:

Gaga has charisma though. I'm sorry but Poppy doesn't. I think playing the role of an icon would be too much for her. I don't think she could embody that.

Why are you naming people that are either older than Gaga or only slightly younger :laughga: By the time a biopic about Gaga is made we're gonna be living in a whole different word dude
