Stefglory 25
I don't know what went on obviously and I'm sorry you are upset. Fans are a bit naive to think they can get time to spill their guts. Honestly I have no interest in meeting Gaga under those circumstances. She's tired, she's probably dizzy from fans coming in and out and it's just not a meaningful interaction to me. As for her assistant, I understand her being reticent. She is after all just an assistant. She's now expected to go to either Bobby or Gaga (both intimidating no matter how cool they are to work for) and address a serious complaint (that she doesn't know is true or not). It's just a lot if pressure on her. I've been an assistant before so I understand it from her POV. I think the best course of action is to contact Bobby via his social media if you feel that strongly. And as for your sister and Sydney bonding, are you sure it wasn't a drunken girly chat in the ladies where you tell your life story to a stranger and then never expect to see them again? As you say they are approached by fans all the time. They have to be nice (and likely are genuine people) but they cannot be the in the habit of making friends with fans. Gaga runs a tight ship for a reason. Her privacy is everything to her.

Gaga runs a tight ship for a reason. Her privacy is everything to her. Thanks for your response. It's helpful to hear the POV of someone who's been an assistant. As for my sister and Sydney bonding, I wasn't there, but there was no alcohol involved. It was around 3:40 pm and my sister was on her way to the salon, and Sydney was on her way to give Gaga a workout across the street. My sister didn't even know who Sydney was until about 5 minutes into the conversation, and Sydney's the one who initiated the conversation with her when she saw her all dressed up for Enigma. Sydney easily could have kept her own identity a secret. Nor did Sydney have to fish Haus Labs makeup out of her purse and give it to her. On the way to the bathroom in J&P, Sydney approached my sister again and talked to her. This is not a case of a fan approaching someone from the Haus but actually the other way around. Anyway, it's not like Sydney revealed anything private about Gaga to my sister. I agree that a M&G is not a time to spill one's guts, and I've always found the concept contrived and off-putting. I wouldn't have done it had it not been for my sister. I'm happy with my interaction with Gaga at the M&G, as brief as it was, because I did find a way to have a genuine, unique interaction with her (we have a mutual contact who knew her way back when, and this seemed to catch her off-guard in a happy way). But yes, I agree, she must be exhausted and in pain from performing, and then she's forced to greet a series of strangers in an artificial setting. Then again, if she doesn't want to do them, certainly she could negotiate that in her contract? For example, I learned from a sweet security guard at the Park Theater that Bruno Mars, who also performs there, doesn't sell M&Gs, so it's not like she has to do them in order to perform at the Park. And as for Kim, I had no idea she was her assistant when I talked to her, and I wasn't trying to complain to her but to find out how I could go about addressing this issue using the proper channel. Also, it's not like I forced her to listen to me. It was clear I didn't know who she was, so she simply could've said sorry, she didn't have time to talk and gone to her room, and I wouldn't have bothered her. As I think I mentioned in one of these posts, I saw the Haus hanging out around the Nomad and Park MGM all weekend and never bothered any of them. I only talked to Sloan because we shared a table at After Dark, and I only approached Kim because she happened to be in the elevator at the right time. I was at the same bar in the center of the casino only mere feet away from Bobby, Tim, Sarah, Freddy, and others and never said a word to them (meanwhile, Bo, Natali, and others were playing at a table behind me), nor did I secretly snap any pictures. I even passed Sarah on the street when she was by herself and said nothing. (Side note though – my brother-in-law, who's a musician, saw Tim in the elevator and had no clue who he was but struck up a conversation with him about the kind of guitar Tim was carrying. It was cute to watch them exchange shop talk, and I think it was obvious to Tim that my brother-in-law was oblivious as to who Tim was.) Magui 2,628
@Franch Toast nice to know you managed to have a great time, i actually got a little sad, cause of the unfortunate thing that appended to you. I don't know you obviously, but there's people with whom i sympathize here, and you are one of them. I can't go to Vegas, but i enjoy reading the fun time people have at the shows. I don't know why but somehow when i checked my phone that day, i remember that thinking you would be attending Enigma 😅. I hope the shows were fun and it seems that you managed to have brief genuine exchange with her, given the circumstances. And whatever was that happened i hope you get some response about it. Thank you – you're the sweetest. I'm actually tearing up a little. My favorite part of the trip honestly was meeting so many Little Monsters in person. I met the kindest people. There's not one person I met whom I didn't love. It was amazing. I truly had a fabulous time in spite of this little snag, which in the big picture is nothing. It was a detour, but sometimes detours lead you to better places. Besides, had this not happened, I wouldn't have chatted with Kim for 15 minutes at the Nomad. Pus, the concerts were amazing. I cried at J&P it was so good, and I had a blast dancing at Enigma and taking photos with so many people. Plus, LG's vocals were phenomenal during both shows. NT78 1,230
Ugh, I'm so sad to hear that you had a negative experience during this trip. I know you don't want to tell the details, but I admit to being curious about what could have possibly happened to make you cry about it at 3am. Seems like it was pretty serious, and for that, I'm sorry. I read your review of your M&G experience and I have to thank you for being so candid. You have made me decide to not purchase a M&G when the next batch of shows goes on sale, I had been strongly considering it as a surprise for my husband for our 20th anniversary, but I don't want the kind of experience you and others have reported. I'll save the money. Glad you enjoyed the actual shows, though. I know you were really looking forward to them and I hope the bad experience doesn't tarnish your memories of the whole trip. Some people have had great M&G experiences, so maybe read about others before making up your mind. Mine was a surprise for my sister's milestone birthday. To be fair, it seems that the M&G my night was extremely rushed for reasons unknown – that's what LG's trainer told my sister at J&P, and I overheard someone at Brian's show comment that Gaga had been in severe pain after my Enigma concert, so perhaps her security was whisking people through at a faster pace because of that. Both shows were excellent, as was Brian's. I recommend staying at the Park MGM or Nomad for convenience, plus the Haus hangs out there. This isn't meant to take away from franch toast's experience at all but I have been keeping track of meet and greet experiences and I've never seen anyone complain about getting roughed around before. It would have come up before now. The meet and greets are speedy but I would assume most people would know that before purchasing. It's likely not going to be a deep and meaningful conversation but it's not the setting for that. If you are a big fan and want a chance to get a photo with her then it's probably your only shot seeing as she is either surrounded by security or is simply rarely ever seen (for an A list celeb the random sightings of her are incredibly rare). And fair warning, she is only going to get more precious with her personal space as she settles down and has kids. I think some fans are going to have a real problem with this because they have really bought into the mother monster thing. They think they should be the first thing on her mind. And she does care about fans but she's still a 33 year old woman whose priorities will shift, as they should. She's already put her health first with Vegas and the stans have complained for 2 years straight saying she's gonna be washed up BLAH Blah. Anyway, I digress. If it's something you really want I wouldn't let one or 2 bad experiences put you off. If they were that disastrous we would know about it before now. I don't agree with the latest trend of having to feel sorry for everyone and for whatever they feel bad about it. It's me going around claiming around I have PTSD because my boss looked at me a bit weird. I was literally jumped at by the presidents bodyguard and guess what? It's their job to keep people safe. I'm not going to claim I have trauma because of it. I still stand by the fact that claiming you have PTSD because someone was a bit rough to you is doing way too much. If you wanna do this faux woke thingy, go on. If THIS made the OP have PTSD, I'm glad his life is so great that this is causing him trauma.

Doesn’t Gaga have PTSD from her rape, which she said is sometimes triggered when she’s touched/grabbed, etc? If you think she’s too soft maybe you shouldn’t be on this website. I heard Billie has a site too. Being touched can trigger PTSD.
