We can't assume it's a PR stunt just like we can't assume he's a serious boyfriend. We have no insight on their relationship behind the scenes and it just makes no sense to speculate. She looked happy and that's what matters. Whether it's a hookup or a serious relationship or no relationship at all isn't up to us to prod on. She disappeared completely in April and looked sad in May, but since then she looks better and better. Whether it's because of her mental state, whether her projects are progressing or her private life is going in the right direction, I hope they are all true.
