What the heck is a spoken word album?:koons: is it just her talking?:koons:

She keeps her fandom well fed.

And we're supposed to get white hot forever to.

Wait, her family lineage? So she’s part Native American? I had no idea. I always thought she was just white and Cuban lol

Sorry but I want to say how much I love how patriotic she is. Especially in the political climate of today where it’s totally normal for everyone to bash America it’s nice to have an artist I can look to who isn’t afraid of being American. Isn’t afraid to honor parts of our culture but also isn’t afraid to expose our problems either.

That’s not what she was saying, she means since she’s nationally American but she’s been looking back at her family lineage/history (which isn’t Cuban, it’s mostly from the British isles) she wants to pay homage to America’s lineage/history (Native Americans from the US).

Ohhh okay, thanks for explaining. And I thought she was part Cuban because of West Coast’s lyrics, “he’s cubano como yo” aka “he’s Cuban like me” lol

Cuban? I think you‘re mistaking her talking about her inspiration of her stage name (even though there are a lot of different explanations by her, one of which being speaking spanish with her friends from Cuba) with her ethnicity.

edit: oh it‘s because of west coast :emma: nvm then lol
