Also that mysterious song, Trigger, but since i don't know what are the lyrics talking about i can't tell how dark it is.

I'd say by the content, child abuse and rape. 

Yellow chair = possible reference to Van Gogh's painting. The painting's atmosphere is somewhat cold. Cold is often identified with isolation. 

Her baby, baby taken by surprise = young girl getting molested. 

Violet eyes = One of the effects of physical abuse is severe pain and bruises. Violet eyes is when they are abused or hit near the eyes.

White room = In mental hospitals, isolation rooms are portrayed as a white room. One of the effects of rape is PTSD.

□ Bad Romance = It represents the fear of romance. Desperation, guilt, sadness, anger.

□ Alejandro = It represents the fear of men, of domination, of sexual tendencies and the likes. 

□ Monster = It represents fear of sex. It mentions of a disturbing sex experience, or rape.

□ Speechless = It represents fear of death. Death itself is inevitable. It can be in any corner. 

□ Dance in the Dark = It represents insecurity or fear in general. It is very diverse in the meaning of fear.

□ So Happy I Could Die = It represents fear of loneliness. It mentions of alcohol, a way for people to cope.

□ Teeth = fear of truth. It fears of the wrong  type.

□ Government Hooker = Mentions of Marilyn Monroe and the identities of the US Government. 

□ Bloody Mary = Sonically the atmosphere is of gothic and gloomy. By its lyrics, it can be fear of judgment and the fact it is originally written for The Fame Monster adds up.

□ I Wanna Be With U = Mentions of sadness and loneliness. 

□ Dope = Mentions of drug use, the afterstory of Mary Jane Holland. 

□ Princess Die = Mentions of Princess Diana. The fear of not feeling love, suicide and depression.
