And Bush started the war based on the lie of WMDs. Bush and the CIA also used torture on civilians illegally. But Nancy Pelosi doesn’t think that was impeachable! She just admitted she knew about all this beforehand and that it was an illegal lie, yet doesnt think its impeachable. She was also informed about the illegal torture and kept it a secret. Clearly impeaching Trump is not about the law or their morals, its a personal thing to the Democrat elites. Its more about how dare Trump attack our elites and dig dirt on us. Im calling her out for refusing to impeach Bush on illegal war crimes, but wants to impeach Trump for digging dirt on a Democratic Candidate. This does not mean I dont support impeaching Trump. Shes on record for saying impeaching Bush was too divisive. Instead of impeaching on principle, she chooses to impeach by political calculation. The same is true with Trump. I’m not sure why she chose to impeach Trump, but what she is trying to do is very weak as her reason to impeach Trump implies corruption not only by Trump but also by Biden. The evidence is arbitrary in comparison to what Bush did. Anyone who doesn’t think the same is too busy being partisan to see it for what it really is. Her action of refusing to impeach Bush and keeping his crimes a secret. Again, these are things she has done, not Bush, and this is what the thread is about.
