Press Y to go into the Y-Comm menu and press “+” to connect to the internet. If you go down to search you can see all the Max Raid battles. If you want help from your bf by a Pokemon you’ve found in a den select “invite other people“ and you can set a link code and you should appear in the y-comm menu where your bf can select you there from and enter the code you set so they can join you.
