Guys, there must be something about Gaga that you are proud of and doesn't make you want to drag her for every gasp of air she breathes.

I think it's a jab at how people are being so negative and nitpicky about everything Gaga does lately. They're asking if her fans genuinely like anything about her or if we're all here to just complain and berate her for breathing.

I think it's just badly phrased but the OP is asking for positivity about Gaga because to them it feels like everything she does is pissing people off as her own fans keep dragging her.
