3 Body problem and it’s 2 sequels were the fastest trilogy I’ve read in a long time. If you like science fiction even casually it’s an amazing story that really gets its hooks in you.

ace stellar, how synchronous it’s an incredible anthology, brilliantly curated

massive, i’d say … the hero with a thousand faces is a solid runner-up, but ralph ellison’s living with music collection of essays just gives such genuine insight into the soul of music culture … but tbh, given the thread, you’ve got a masterful list on-hand so you’re in great literary company across the board
