Othon 34,299
It's extremely obvious that several people in this thread know next to nothing about transitioning, how early trans identity can be identified by someone who is trans and what this entire process encompasses. The number of people posting about the article before reading it...

Some people should keep their mouth shut if they have no idea about the topic. What is being a woman then? What is being a man? All the lines are blurred now if we go with that logic. Could you say the same thing to a trans woman who had boobs surgery, wears heel and dresses?

Benji 20,113
I personally think it’s too young to label your child trans, kids naturally play around with gender roles in their younger years and it’s only because of stigma that we teach or force that kind of play out of them. I respect the parents for wanting to do best by their child but I think general support and going along with the child is better than labelling them at this stage. Luv u Sum 2,535
Growing up I went through phases where I thought I may be a girl, even as an adult i experienced many episodes where i broke down due to feeling dysphoric about being male. But after going through therapy and growing more into myself I have discovered that I'm not really trans, I just experienced dysphoria along with deep depression. So I am highly against anyone who's not a mature adult and ESPECIALLY children getting on any sort of medication to stop puberty or change their gender because the chances of it being a mistake are to large. The medical industry is trying too hard to be politically correct that they are allowing anyone to just walk up and get HRT and it's wrong
