What century are you talking about because I know that you ain't implying that Europe is still focusing on us and destroying our countries in this modern day as it's just a reputation that we created to feel better about ourselves and our problems (Aside from of course one country that does that and it's not mentioned in the op so other European countries have nothing to do with that)

You are forgetting the fact that Europe isn't a country. It's only US and its allies that are doing those things you mentioned. Islamic countries are the ones that mainly fund islamic terrorism.

I did not refer to Europe as a country, and Europe does fund terrorists, its not only the US and islamic countries. Also, America and Europe fund them through islamic countries.
